Karting Company Profile

Ancaster Karting and Paintball is a family run business first established in November 1991 with a 300 metre track using twelve 160cc swift karts, but within six months it had proved so popular that the track was doubled to 600 metres. The good publicity and word of mouth continued, and there just weren’t enough hours in the day to deal with the volume of customers, so the next step was to get the track flood-lit so that evening events could take place. In 2002 the track was again increased to 1200 metres enabling the track to be used in four different ways (corporate, practice, flood-lit and full circuit)

The business has progressed with the completion of the new building, which boasts a 6 Lane Bowling Alley, Amusements, Cafe, Bar, larger briefing room and reception, and a full size podium.

Here at Ancaster we keep the karts up to date with a new fleet of 270cc Biz Karts each year. Richard Johnson Director takes pride in the task of keeping the new fleet in peak condition.

Paintball Profile

In 1985 Paintball began at Ancaster, and over the last 20 years has developed into one of the leading venues in the UK.

Following the success of the National Paintball Championships here at Ancaster, the site is developing a new International Venue which will attract teams from all over the world to play at our site, which is now a sought after location for both recreational and tournament players alike.

The management team have developed a close working relationship and are continuing in the family footsteps of good quality and value for their customers. No doubt they will continue to improve on the already thriving business with the help of their dedicated staff.
