TERMS AND CONDITIONS for the use of the Karting Circuit, Buggies and our Facilities

All drivers must be over the age of 12 to participate in karting, although to participate in an event all drivers must be 16 years of age or over.

To participate in the off-Road Buggy Trek all drivers must be 16 years of age or over.

Paintball participants must be over the age of 14 to take part.

All protective clothing including helmet, overalls and gloves must be worn where applicable.

Activity equipment must remain on site and within the particular activity zone.

Obey all warning signs and remain within the activity zone.

All spectators must remain inside the designated areas at their own risk.

Deposits must be paid one week prior to the event or the management reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Deposits are non-refundable although may be part exchangeable by discretion of the management.

No alcohol is to be consumed on the premises before or during participation. The management retains the right to refuse entry to the establishment if participants appear to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol without refund.

The management retains the right to remove any individual driving without due care and attention, without refund.

The management will not accept liability for personal injury, loss or damage.

An event may be cancelled or shortened without prior warning due to adverse weather conditions.

Damage caused by the wilful disregard of the given instructions of representatives of Ancaster Karting and Paintball, or deliberate actions resulting in damage to machinery or property will be charged to the offending participant.

Whilst we try and ensure none of our food products contain nuts or nut derivatives, we cannot guarantee this.

AKR MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Only the member will receive the 10% discount.

All members must be over the age of 16. A parent or guardian will need to be in attendance of anyone under the age of 18.

The member will have to produce their membership card along with one other item of photographic identification.

The management still retain the right to refuse entry to the track in accordance with our standard terms and conditions.
