Our member championship is now split into two classes lightweights (up to 80kg) and heavyweights (80kg+).

2011 Circuit Race Dates

Sunday 24th April - Extended Practice
Sunday 5th June - Floodit Daytime
Sunday 3rd July - Corporate
Sunday 7th August - Practice
Sunday 4th September - Full Circuit
Sunday 2nd October - Extended Corporate
Sunday 6th November - Floodlit Night

The point system for each race will be as follows:

1st: 20 points
2nd: 18 points
3rd: 17 points
4th: 16 points
5th: 15 points Etc..

One of the seven rounds must be dropped at the end of the season.

The Race:

The race will be a 12 lap qualifying followed by a 50 lap race, the race will commence by a rolling start, the rolling lap will be led by the person on pole position unless stated before the race start, this should be done at a steady speed assuring that the field stays close together. The leader may only start to accelerate when the lights change to green, if the lights fail to change then another lap must be done. Trophies will be awarded to the top three finishers and for the fastest lap.

Black flags:

If a black flag is awarded then the driver must return to the pits and serve a time penalty, 30 seconds for the first black flag, one minute for the second black flag and disqualification for the third black flag. Please ask if you require a list of black flag offences.
